The app offers a range of features, including real-time availability of doctors, quick access to your favourite medical providers and practitioners, customised doctor and appointment type set-up to ensure you book with the right doctor based on your condition, and quick bookings on behalf of family members and dependants. Additionally, the app sends email notifications confirming your appointment and allows you to cancel your appointment adhering to provider guidelines.
